- Mid-way through each of our Baseball seasons an survey will goes out to the program parents asking for their feedback. They simply rate us from Very Dissatisfied, Dissatisfied, Neutral, Satisfied, Very Satisfied. If they rate us less than Very Satisfied we ask them what we could do to earn a Very Satisfied. If they rate us as a Satisfied or Very Satisfied then we ask them to tell us why. The surveys are an invaluable customer service tool to our Club Programs as it tells them us what we are doing right and it gives us an opportunity to correct any issues before the end of the season.
